Humphrey Parsons (c. 1676–1741), of the Red Lion Brewery, Aldgate and the Priory, Reigate, Surrey, was a British brewer and Tory politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1722 to 1741. He was twice Lord Mayor of London, in 1730 and 1740.
