The German television mystery music game show I Can See Your Voice premiered the inaugural first season on RTL on 18 and 19 August 2020, as co-pilot episodes that was part of the Power Week special programming. Similar to its fate in the Philippine second season, it was notably for airing co-pilot episodes that sought the viewers to backlash for lacking health and safety protocols related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, forcing the show to halt production afterwards.
