الترجمة الآلية التفاعلية (IMT)، الترجمة الآلية التفاعلية (IMT) : هي مجال فرعي للترجمة بمساعدة الحاسوب، والتي يندرج تحتها البرمجيات الحاسوبية التي تساعد المترجم البشري على محاولة التنبؤ بالنص الذي يود المستخدم إدخاله بالاعتماد على المعلومات المتاحة، وعندما يكون التنبؤ خاطئ ويقدم المستخدم تغذية راجعة للنظام يتكون تنبؤ جديد اعتمادًا المعلومات الجديدة المتاحة، وتكرر هذه العملية إلى أن تصبح الترجمة المقدمة متوافقة مع توقعات المستخدم.

(ar) Interactive machine translation (IMT), is a specific sub-field of computer-aided translation. Under this translation paradigm, the computer software that assists the human translator attempts to predict the text the user is going to input by taking into account all the information it has available. Whenever such prediction is wrong and the user provides feedback to the system, a new prediction is performed considering the new information available. Such process is repeated until the translation provided matches the user's expectations. Interactive machine translation is specially interesting when translating texts in domains where it is not admissible to output a translation containing errors, hence requiring a human user to amend the translations provided by the system. In such cases, interactive machine translation has been proved to provide benefit to potential users.Nevertheless, there are few commercial software that implements interactive machine translation and work done in the field is mostly restrained to academic research. Bajo este paradigma de traducción, el software informático que ayuda al traductor humano intenta predecir el texto que el usuario va a escribir, teniendo en cuenta toda la información que tiene disponible. Cuando dicha predicción es incorrecta y el usuario proporciona información (realimenta) al sistema, se realiza una nueva predicción teniendo en cuenta la nueva información disponible. Dicho proceso se repite hasta que la traducción proporcionada coincide con las expectativas del usuario. La traducción automática interactiva es especialmente interesante cuando la traducción de textos se realiza en dominios donde no se admite una traducción que contenga errores, por lo que se requiere un usuario humano para modificar las traducciones proporcionadas por el sistema. En tales casos, la traducción automática interactiva ha probado ser un beneficio para los potenciales usuarios. Sin embargo, aún no hay ningún software comercializado que implemente la traducción automática interactiva y el trabajo realizado en este campo se restringe a la investigación académica. Qualora queste predizioni siano errate e l'utente fornisca un feedback al sistema, il sistema suggerisce una nuova predizione tenendo conto delle nuove informazioni inserite dall'utente. La traduzione automatica interattiva è particolarmente utile per i testi riguardanti ambiti che richiedono accuratezza e precisione, e che necessitano dunque della supervisione di un traduttore umano sulle traduzioni elaborate dal sistema. In questi ambiti, la traduzione automatica interattiva si è dimostrata d'aiuto ai potenziali utenti. Tuttavia, non esiste ancora un software commerciale che implementi la traduzione automatica interattiva e le ricerche in questo campo sono limitate all'ambito accademico.
