He is the founder and CEO of Caponigro Public Relations Inc., Southfield, Michigan, and the Executive Vice President-Corporate Communications and Chief Marketing Officer for Trion Solutions, Inc., one of the United States' largest HR-administration companies, with corporate headquarters in Troy, Michigan.
