Professor Jeremy Alastair Peat OBE FRSE (born 20 March 1945) is a member of the Competition Commission and former director of the David Hume Institute. He is a former member of the BBC Trust, the governing body of the British Broadcasting Corporation, where he was the Scottish Trustee.
