- 우가키 가즈시게(일본어: 宇垣 一成, 1868년 8월 9일 ~ 1956년 4월 30일)는 일본의 군인이며 정치인이다. 일본육군사관학교 출신 군인으로, 1927년 조선 총독을 역임했고 1923년~1927년, 1929년~1931년에는 육군대신을 지냈다. 육군 대장으로 예편하였으며, 1931년부터 1936년까지 조선 총독을 역임했다. 처음 이름은 모쿠지(杢次)이고 뒤에 가즈시게(一成)로 고쳤다. 러일 전쟁에 참전했고, 일본군 육군 내 행정, 참모직을 전전하였다. 그 뒤 육군대학을 졸업하고 육군대신을 네 번 역임했다. 사이토 마코토(齋藤實)가 제네바 군축협상을 위해 유럽에 파견되었을 때 조선총독 임시대리를 지냈다가 후에 다시 조선총독에 임명되었다. 조선총독 재직 당시에는 무단통치 대신 문치를 내세워 황국신민화정책(皇國臣民化政策), 농촌진흥운동을 추진하였다. 그 뒤 총리대신에 지명되었으나 군부의 반발로 무산되었고, 외무대신과 을 역임했으나 군부의 반발로 공직에서 축출되었다. 1945년 패전 직후 전범재판을 받은 뒤 정계에서 추방당했다가 해금, 1953년 일본 참의원 선거에서 최고득표율로 당선되었다. - 宇垣 一成(うがき かずしげ、1868年8月9日〈慶応4年6月21日〉- 1956年〈昭和31年〉4月30日)は、日本の陸軍軍人、政治家。最終階級は陸軍大将。位階勲等は正二位勲一等功四級。 大正末期から昭和初期にかけて長州出身者に代わって陸軍の実権を握り、宇垣閥と称される勢力を築いた。陸軍大臣として宇垣軍縮を断行した。予備役入り後に組閣の大命が下ったが陸軍の反対で頓挫し、以後も幾度か首相に擬せられたがいずれも実現しなかった。短期間外相を務めた後公職から引退し、戦後になり参議院議員となったが在職中に死去した。 (ja)
