Kim Thatcher (born 1964) is an American politician serving as member of the Oregon State Senate from the 13th district, which is currently assembled for the 81st legislative session. She previously served as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives for the 25th district from 2005 to 2015. She is a resident of Keizer.
