Kiyoshi Sumiya (角谷清) (born 1925) was a Japanese diplomat who was Japan's ambassador to the Philippines from April 1985 to 1988, at the time of the snap elections that led to the end of the Marcos regime. He also served as Grand Master of the Ceremonies from 20 June 1989 until his retirement on 8 September 1995.
