Leo Perez Minaya is an American businessman, engineer, developer, writer and entrepreneur based in the Dominican Republic. He is the President of the Dominican-Israeli Chamber of Commerce and the senior member of the US consulate Warden Program. Minaya is the founder and former Chair of Democrats Abroad Dominican Republic, as well as the former Regional vice-chair for the Americas of the Democratic Party Committee Abroad (DPCA).
