Percina pantherina és una espècie de peix de la família dels pèrcids i de l'ordre dels perciformes. Els adults poden assolir fins a 9,2 cm de longitud total. It has never been a common species and has been listed as a threatened species in the United States since 1978, and the International Union for Conservation of Nature lists it as a "vulnerable species".
