Liang-Chen Proposal, or The Proposal on the Location of the Administrative Central District of the Central People's Government (Chinese: 关于中央人民政府行政中心区位置的建议) is a proposal Chinese architect Liang Sicheng and Chen Zhanxiang handed in to the Chinese Communist Party government in 1950, the full name of the document is "Suggestions on the location of central government district". (en) 梁陈方案，即《关于中央人民政府行政中心区位置的建议》，是1950年2月由中国城市规划学者梁思成和陈占祥联名提出的北京城市规划方案。该方案反对苏联专家提出的改造北京旧城、在天安门一带建立行政中心的方案，提出保护旧城、在北京城西的三里河一带建立新的行政中心区。梁思成和陈占祥在方案提出后仍进行了多次修改，但也因此受到政治迫害，此后淡出北京城市规划工作。虽然方案在政治上并不受认可，但政府还是采纳了部分意见，在三里河一带建立了“四部一会”的政府办公区，同时方案的整体可行性仍存在争议。 (zh) |
