Amaryllidoideae (Amaryllidaceae s.s., amaryllids) is a subfamily of monocot flowering plants in the family Amaryllidaceae, order Asparagales. The subfamily includes about seventy genera, with over eight hundred species, and a worldwide distribution. The Amaryllidoideae subfamily includes about 70 genera.
