العصب الماضغي (بالإنجليزية: Masseteric nerve) هو عصب يمر أفقيا فوق العضلة الجناحية الوحشية وأمام المفصل الصدغي الفكي وخلف وتر العضلة الصدغية، ويعبر ثلمة الفك السفلي مع الشريان الماضغي نحو السطح العميق للعضلة الماضغة حيث يتشعب نحو أطرافها الأمامية. العصب الماضغي يتفرع من العصب الفكي السفلي ويعطي الإشارات العصبية للمفصل الصدغي الفكي. (ar) The masseteric nerve is a nerve of the face. It is a branch of the mandibular nerve (V3). It crosses the mandibular notch to reach masseter muscle. It supplies the masseter muscle, and gives sensation to the temporomandibular joint. It may be used to compensate for facial nerve paralysis. (en) Le nerf massétérique (ou nerf massétérin ou nerf temporo-massétérin) est un nerf de la face, branche du nerf mandibulaire (nerf crânien V3 ).
