Masud Choudhary (born 10 April 1944) is a prominent educator, social reformer, thinker and a former administrator of Jammu and Kashmir union territory. He is the founding Vice Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University in Rajouri, J&K. He is also the Chief Patron of the Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust.He has also served as ADGP in J&K Police(IPS)
