Mhlume [m̩ˈɬumɛ] ist eine Stadt in Eswatini in der Region Lubombo. Im Jahr 1997 hatte sie 7661 Einwohner. Mhlume liegt 278 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel im Lowveld westlich der Lebombo-Berge.
