Miguel de Horna (Pamplona, año desconocido - La Coruña, 1640) fue un almirante español de la escuadra de Dunquerque y capitán de tierra y mar. Desempeñó un destacado papel en la Guerra de los Ochenta Años, sobresaliendo en las batallas del cabo Lizard (1637) y Dunquerque (1639).

These included the Battle off Lizard Point in February 1637, when he sank three Dutch escorts and captured 14 merchant ships, and the action of 18 February 1639.
