Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 (Vietnamese: Hoa hậu Hòa bình Việt Nam 2022) was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Vietnam beauty pageant. It was held on 1 October 2022 in Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Đoàn Thiên Ân of Long An was crowned the first ever Miss Grand Vietnam at the end of the event. She represented the country at Miss Grand International 2022, placing in the top 20.
