Monti Ossenfort (born 1978) is an American football executive who is the director of player personnel for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). Ossenfort previously served in various executive positions for the New England Patriots from 2006 to 2019. Ossenfort began his NFL career as an intern with the Minnesota Vikings before serving in the scouting department for the Houston Texans in 2002 and the Patriots in 2003 before returning to the Texans in 2004 and to the Patriots in 2006. He then joined the Titans in 2020.
