Národní centrum kybernetické obrany (německy Nationales Cyber-Abwehrcentrum – NCAZ) je spolková organizace v Německé spolkové republice, jejíž náplní je obrana státní počítačové infrastruktury proti , tedy plnící úlohu Národního centra kybernetické bezpečnosti. , tehdejší ministr vnitra v druhé vládě Angely Merkelové, zahájil provoz NCAZ 16. června 2011. NCAZ sídlí v Bonnu v budově Spolkového úřadu pro bezpečnost informační techniky (BSI) a funguje jako nadagenturní spolupráce především mezi Spolkovým úřadem pro bezpečnost informační techniky (BSI), Spolkovým úřadem pro ochranu ústavy (BfV, civilní kontrarozvědka) a (BBK). Kromě toho je předpokládána i jeho spolupráce s ozbrojenými silami, (BAMAD, vojenská kontrarozvědka), Celním kriminálním úřadem (ZKA), spolkovou policií, Spolkovou zpravodajskou službou (BND) a Spolkovým kriminálním úřadem (BKA). On the basis of an exchange on cyber-related matters or incidents every working day, a joint, overall cyber-security situation report for Germany is regularly prepared and updated. To handle issues of (potentially) national importance, the participants in the Cyber Defence Centre harmonise and coordinate the individual authorities' activities. Their implementation remains the responsibility of the respective authority or institutions. The Cyber Defence Centre is not an authority of its own. The Federal Office for Information Security (Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik / BSI) is the host of the Cyber Defence Centre and thus provides premises and technology in Bonn so that the Cyber Defence Centre is able to perform its tasks.
