Nepal Insurance Authority (Nepali:नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरण) is a government organization to regulate insurance business in Nepal. The organization operates under Ministry of Finance. This Insurance Authority looks after all the insurance-related activities in Nepal. As a regulatory body,it's main objective is to create a professional, healthy and developed insurance market in Nepal.The head-office of the organization is in Lalitpur district and has three province offices in Karnali Province, Madhesh Province and Sudurpashchim Province till date.
