To Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Λευκωσίας είναι το κύριο νοσοκομείο της Λευκωσίας στην Κύπρο. Λειτούργησε το 2006. Αντικατέστησε το Παλιό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Λευκωσίας. Το συμβόλαιο κατασκευής του νοσοκομείου υπογράφτηκε το 1997. Στις 14 Απριλίου 1997 έθεσε τον θεμέλιο λίθο ο Γλαύκος Κληρίδης. Η κατασκευή του νοσοκομείου και ο εξοπλισμός του στοίχισαν 120 εκατομμύρια λίρες (205 εκατομμύρια ευρώ). Η μετακίνηση ασθενών και προσωπικού από το Παλιό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο στο Νέο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο ολοκληρώθηκε στις 17 Οκτωβρίου 2006. Τα εγκαίνια του νοσοκομείου έγιναν στις 30 Μαρτίου 2007 από τον Τάσσο Παπαδόπουλο. Το νοσοκομείο καταλαμβάνει εμβαδόν 102.000 τ.μ., από τα οποία περίπου τα 31.000 τ.μ. αφορούν μη νοσοκομειακούς χώρους. (el) Nicosia New General Hospital is the Nicosia district's main medical center. It opened in 2006, replacing Nicosia Old General Hospital. The contract for the construction of the New Nicosia General Hospital was signed in 1997. On 14 April 1997, the former President of the Republic of Cyprus, Glafkos Clerides, laid the foundation stone. The cost for the construction and equipment of the New Nicosia General Hospital was about 120 million Cyprus pounds (205 million euro). On 17 October 2006, the removal from the Old to the New Nicosia General Hospital was completed. The New Nicosia General Hospital was inaugurated by the former President of the Republic of Cyprus, Tassos Papadopoulos, on 30 March 2007.
