Norman Arthur "Bunny" Webb (18 May 1921 – 16 June 1996) was a former Australian rules footballer who played with Footscray in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Webb was originally from the Granya Football Club and played in their 1939 losing grand final side and shared the 1940 Mitta Valley Football Association best and fairest award with W Hodgkin from Mitta Valley. Webb joined the Army in 1943 and at some stage between 1943 and 1945, Webb played with South Sydney Football Club. Webb managed to poll 16 Brownlow Medal votes over three seasons with Footscray between 1947 and 1949.
