Es wurde zu Ehren der Opfer, der Überlebenden und der Rettungskräfte in Downtown Oklahoma City auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Alfred P. Murrah Federal Buildings errichtet, welches durch den Anschlag zerstört wurde. Das National Memorial wurde am 9.
