Prem Nath Kaul (b. 1916) was an officer of the Indian Army and later of the , later merged into the Indian Administrative Service. He had served as the Consul-General of India in Lhasa before the 1962 Sino-Indian War, Director of Special Service Bureau (now Sashastra Seema Bal) and Director of the Indian Cooperation Mission, Nepal.
