Patrice Tlhopane Motsepe (* 28. Januar 1962 in Soweto) ist ein südafrikanischer Unternehmer. Zu seinem Bergbau-Konzern African Rainbow Minerals gehören Platin-, Gold-, Nickel-, Kupfer-, Eisen- und Kohlebergwerke. Laut Forbes ist er der erste schwarze Milliardär Südafrikas.
