Patricia Isabel Medina Fernandez (born November 5, 1985, in Pasig, Philippines) is a Filipino TV host, actress, model, and beauty pageant winner. She was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International at the Araneta Coliseum last March 8, 2008, in the Philippines' City of the Stars Quezon City.
