Patrick Chuba Omameh Jr. (born December 29, 1989) is an American football offensive guard who is a free agent. After going undrafted in 2013, he signed with the San Francisco 49ers as a free agent. He previously played in the NFL for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Giants, and Las Vegas Raiders. He played college football for the University of Michigan Wolverines from 2009 to 2012.
