اعتلال الشبكية الشمسي هو الضرر الذي يلحق بشبكية العين خصوصاً نتيجة التعرض لفترات طويلة لـ أشعة الشمس . وهو يحدث عادةً نتيجة التحديق في الشمس أو مشاهدة كسوف الشمس.
