The Pullinger Kop Park was named after Edward Pullinger, a mining magnate who built his home at the top of the hill (kop) in 1890. Pullinger Kop Park is in the Berea District of Johannesburg, situated on Primrose Terrace, just a block west of the Ponte City Apartments Building.
