Ο Ρίο Γκράντε δε Λοΐσα (ισπαν. Rio Grande de Loíza, αγγλ. Great River of Loíza, Grande de Loíza River, ή απλώς Loíza River) είναι ποταμός στο μεγάλο νησί του Πουέρτο Ρίκο. Είναι ο μεγαλύτερος ποταμός του Πουέρτο Ρίκο σε ποσότητα ροής νερού και ο δεύτερος σε μήκος, μετά τον . Ο ποταμός έχει μήκος περίπου 64 χιλιόμετρα. Πηγάζει στον Δήμο του , σε υψόμετρο 1.073 μέτρα πάνω από την επιφάνεια της θάλασσας (και 625 μ. η κύρια πηγή).
