Il race running (o racerunnig, anche noto come frame running) è una disciplina dell'atletica leggera paralimpica per alcune categorie di atleti con disabilità. Si pratica utilizzando un race runner. Viene praticato con l'utilizzo di un triciclo senza pedali che consente la corsa anche agli atleti con problemi di mobilità ed equilibrio, in particolare quelli affetti da cerebrolesione grave e spasticità.

Athletes use a running bike, a three-wheeled frame with a saddle, body support and most notably, no pedals. Athletes run over distances similar to other track and road running disciplines; 100, 200, 400, 800 meters as well as 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, half and full marathons. The sport of RaceRunning was founded in Denmark in 1991 by Paralympian Connie Hansen and Mansoor Siddiqi, who is currently the international RaceRunning coordinator. RaceRunning is one of the newest additions to the World Para Athletics program and could be included in the 2024 Paralympic Games. Frame Running clubs exist in countries around the world including the United States, Australia, Portugal, Denmark, Netherlands, the UK, Poland, Lithuania, and others.
