Rastislav Káčer (born 9 July 1965 in Nová Baňa) is a Slovak diplomat, former ambassador of Slovakia to USA, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Since September 2022, Káčer serves as the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovakia.
