The Regional Council of Picardy (French: Conseil régional de Picardie, Picard: Consièl régional ed Picardie) was the deliberative assembly of the former French region of Picardy, a decentralized territorial community. Its headquarters were in Amiens and it was headed last by Claude Gewerc (PS) between March 28, 2004, and December 31, 2015. (en)
Le conseil régional de Picardie est l'assemblée délibérante de la région française de Picardie jusqu'au 31 décembre 2015, à la suite de l'incorporation de la région avec la Nord-Pas-de-Calais afin de former la nouvelle région des Hauts-de-France. Il comprend 57 membres et siège jusqu'à disparition à l'hôtel de région, situé 15 mail Albert Ier, à Amiens. Son dernier président est Claude Gewerc (PS), élu le 28 mars 2004. (fr)
В соответствии с Избирательным кодексом Франции Региональные советы избираются сроком на 4 года (до 2010 года — на 6 лет). Члены Региональных советов избираются по партийным спискам в два тура без добавления, удаления имен и изменений в порядке их представления. Каждый список состоит из нескольких подсписков, соответствующих числу департаментов в регионе. Если список получил абсолютное большинство голосов в первом туре, то ему сразу выделяется четверть мест. Остальные места делится пропорционально среди списков, набравших 5 % и более голосов избирателей. Если ни один из списков не получил в первом туре абсолютное большинство, назначается второй тур. До второго тура допускаются списки, набравшие более 10 % голосов избирателей. При этом состав этих списков может быть изменен путём включения кандидатов, которые участвовали в первом туре в списках, получивших менее 5 % голосов избирателей. Места в Региональном совете распределяются между списками — участниками второго тура пропорционального поданным за них голосам. Места внутри каждого списка распределяются пропорционально количеству голосов, полученных в каждом департаменте. (ru)
