Rene Claudel Mugenzi (born 13 April 1976) is a British author, community and social development practitioner, human rights activist, community organiser and politician. He stood as a Parliamentary candidate for Poplar and Limehouse in The United Kingdom General Election of 2015 which was held on 7 May 2015. He represented the Red Flag Anti-Corruption political party. In October 2020, he was found guilty of fraud at Norwich Crown Court.
