Richard Chang (張嗣漢; born 1964) is a Taiwanese American businessman and retired basketball player based in Taiwan. After playing collegiate basketball for UC Berkeley and representing Taiwan in international basketball tournaments in the 1980s, he joined Costco and rose to the position of senior vice president and regional manager for Asia.
