Rohan City je název plánované čtvrti na bývalém Rohanském ostrově, který se nachází na rozhraní pražských čtvrtí Karlín, Invalidovna a Libeň. Půjde o blokovou zástavbu, která bude obsahovat byty, administrativu a bude doplněná i o prostory veřejné vybavenosti a služeb. Součástí řešeného území je i prostor pro stavbu školy. Spojujícím prvkem projektu bude kilometrová promenáda na břehu Vltavy zamýšlená v trase současné pravobřežní cyklostezky A2, která vytvoří plynulý přechod mezi městskou strukturou a zelenou volnočasovou plochou budoucího rozhlehlého parku při břehu řeky Vltavy.

Urbanistickou studii nové čtvrti mezi Libeňským mostem a Karlínem vypracoval ateliér v konzultaci s urbanistou Janem Gehlem. V listopadu 2018 byla schválena Radou hlavního města. Geplant ist eine sehr weitreichende Revitalisierung der ehemaligen Industriebrache, wobei die Errichtung neuer Wohnhäuser und Bürogebäude ebenso Teil des Konzepts ist wie die Bereitstellung öffentlicher Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen. So soll etwa auch eine öffentliche Schule neu errichtet werden. Das wichtigste verbindende Element des Projekts ist eine etwa einen Kilometer lange Uferpromenade, die parallel zu dem bereits bestehenden Radweg am rechten Moldauufer verlaufen wird, eine Verbindung zwischen städtischer Struktur und grünem Naherholungsgebiet. Investor des 18 Milliarden Kronen (mehr als 7,3 Millionen EUR) teuren Projekts ist die Sekyra Group. In Rohan City sollen Wohnungen und Büros für etwa 13.000 Menschen entstehen.
