Rupert David Ramsay (1899 – 24 August 1962) was a Canadian politician who served as the leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Saskatchewan from 1944 to 1949. Born in Toronto in 1899, Ramsay grew up in an agricultural environment and pursued agriculture professionally, serving in various positions before becoming a professor and department head at the University of Saskatchewan. Ramsay announced his resignation from the leadership post in 1948 and officially resigned in 1949, after which he continued to work at the University of Saskatchewan until his death in 1949.
