Miss Colombia 2021 was the 68th edition of the Miss Colombia pageant. It was held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia on November 14, 2021. At the end of the event, María Fernanda Aristizábal of Quindío crowned Valentina Espinosa of Bolívar as Señorita Colombia 2021–2022, who represented Colombia at Miss Supranational 2022 and concluded as Top 12 semifinalist.
