Le siège de Pouancé de 1432 (également appelé troisième siège de Pouancé) est lié au différend qui opposa Jean II d'Alençon à son oncle, Jean V de Bretagne. Il fait suite aux sièges qu'a subis la ville de Pouancé en 1066 et en 1379. Bien qu'il voit s'affronter Anglais, Bretons et Français dans le contexte de la guerre de Cent Ans, ce conflit trouve son origine dans une dispute familiale de nature financière. It is at times referred to as the third siege of Pouancé, in succession to other sieges in 1066 and 1379. Although the siege saw English and French forces fighting against each other, thus being able to set itself in the context of the Hundred Years' War, this conflict has its origins in a family dispute of financial nature.
