Sisir Mishra is an Indian film director and screenwriter best known for directing Hindi and Odia language films including Bheegi Palkein, Samay Ki Dhara, Billoo Baadshaah, TADA and Aseema. In 2018 he was awarded the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian award.
