The Smart Keyboard is a hardware keyboard and cover designed by Apple for the iPad Pro (1st generation) and 2nd generation, iPad Air (3rd generation), and iPad (7th generation) and later. The cover was redesigned and renamed to Smart Keyboard Folio, for the iPad Pro (3rd generation) and later, and iPad Air (4th generation) and later.
