الحزب الاشتراكي الدستوري هو التسمية التي اتخذها الحزب الحر الدستوري التونسي الجديد خلال مؤتمره السابع المنعقد في مدينة بنزرت في شهر أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 1964، وقد تبنى خلاله الخيار الاشتراكي أو ما سمي بالاشتراكية الدستورية. وقد استمرت هذه التسمية إلى 27 فيفري 1988 عندما غير اسمه من جديد إلى التجمع الدستوري الديمقراطي. Die Sozialistische Destur-Partei (französisch Parti Socialiste Destourien; arabisch الحزب الاشتراكي الدستوري, DMG al-Ḥizb al-ištirākī ad-dustūrī) war die regierende Einheitspartei Tunesiens von 1964 bis 1988. Die Partei hieß vorher Destur-Partei bzw. Neo-Destur-Partei und wurde später in Konstitutionelle Demokratische Sammlung umbenannt. Bahi Ladgham war der erste Ministerpräsident der Partei und Hédi Baccouche war der letzte. Die Partei wurde offiziell im Oktober 1964 gegründet und am 27. Februar 1988 aufgelöst. Habib Bourguiba war der erste Präsident der Sozialistischen Destur-Partei 1964–1987. Er wurde durch Zine El Abidine Ben Ali 1987–1988 abgelöst. (de)

Il est le successeur du Néo-Destour qui est fondé par Habib Bourguiba le 2 mars 1934. Devenu président de la Tunisie indépendante, Bourguiba le rebaptise en 1964 pour mettre en exergue ses nouvelles orientations socialistes. Renversé le 7 novembre 1987, son successeur, Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali, le transforme le 27 février 1988 en Rassemblement constitutionnel démocratique. (fr)

Il Partito Socialista Desturiano, ovvero Partito Socialista Costituzionale, è stato un partito politico tunisino. Nel 1962 il Neo-Dustur decise l'adozione del socialismo e di un regime a partito unico, rinominandosi nel 1964 Partito Socialista Desturiano. Protagonista di questa svolta socialista fu Ahmed Ben Salah, che ricoprì numerose cariche di ministro della Tunisia dal 1961 al 1969, quindi caduto in disgrazia ed espulso dal partito. Anche se in seguito le politiche socialiste vennero abbandonate a favore di politiche più liberiste, il partito mantenne il nome e la collocazione internazionale nell'Internazionale Socialista Con la deposizione di Bourguiba e l'avvento al potere di Ben Ali il partito cambiò nome in Raggruppamento Costituzionale Democratico. Dusturowska Partia Socjalistyczna (właściwie Partia Konstytucyjno-Socjalistyczna, ar. حزب الاشتراكي الدستوري, Ḥizb al-Ishtirākī ad-Dustūrī, fr. Parti socialiste destourien) – rozwiązana tunezyjska partia polityczna o programie centrolewicowym i nacjonalistycznym. Została założona przez ówczesnego prezydenta Habiba Burgibę 22 października 1964 roku w wyniku przekształcenia partii Neo-Dustur. Przez cały okres działalności była partią rządzącą. 7 listopada 1987 roku na czele partii stanął Zajn al-Abidin ibn Ali, który doprowadził do jej rozwiązania 27 lutego 1988 roku i przekształcenia w Zgromadzenie Demokratyczno-Konstytucyjne.
