Stephen Lo Wai-chung GBS PDSM PMSM JP (Chinese: 盧偉聰) was the Commissioner of Police of the Hong Kong Police Force. He began service in the police in 1984 and served as Commissioner of Police from May 2015 until his retirement in November 2019.
