Suguru Goto est un compositeur, performeur et artiste nouveau média né au Japon. Il intègre dans des performances artistiques et expérimentales les nouvelles technologies telles que mapping vidéo, Kinect, capture de mouvement et robots. Il invente également des instruments de musique virtuels, qui font l'interface entre les mouvements humains et l'ordinateur. He performances using new technology such as projection mapping, Kinect, motion capture and robotics and programming which he invented himself. He integrates dances, sounds and images into the performance, highlighting boundaries between human and machine, reality and virtual. He was also a researcher and invited composer at IRCAM.
