الوريد المساريقي العلوي هو وريد يقوم بتصريف الدم من الأمعاء الدقيقة متمثلة في (الصائم ). عند نهاية الوريد وخلف عنق المعثكلة، يتصل الوريد المساريقي العلوي مع الوريد الطحالي ليكوّنا . يتموضع الوريد المساريقي العلوي بشكل عام أيمن الشريان المساريقي العلوي، وهذا الشريان ينشأ في الأصل من الأبهر البطني. En anatomía humana, la vena mesentérica superior o mayor, es un vaso sanguíneo venoso que se encuentra en el abdomen. Asciende desde la porción posterior del páncreas y se une a la en la región del cuello del páncreas, conformando el tronco espleno-mesaráico, que luego junto con la vena mesenterica inferior formaran la vena porta. Recoge la sangre venosa procedente del intestino delgado, del colon ascendente y colon transverso. La trombosis de la vena mesentérica superior es un proceso patológico poco habitual que puede causar isquemia mesentérica y tener graves consecuencias. (es)
La veine mésentérique supérieure ou grande veine mésentérique ou grande veine mésaraïque est une veine drainant le sang de l'intestin grêle (jéjunum et iléon), du mésentère, d'une partie du duodénum et du côlon droit.
