T. O. Morrow is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He is responsible for the creation of the Red Tornado, Red Inferno, Red Torpedo, Red Volcano, and Tomorrow Woman androids, the last of these with the help of Professor Ivo. T. O. Morrow appeared in the first season of the live-action Arrowverse show Supergirl, portrayed by Iddo Goldberg.
