Teekoy is a southern Indian village, situated in the eastern part of Kottayam district in Kerala state. Teekoy is located 18 km east of the town Pala, and is 44 km north-east of the district capital Kottayam. It is between the towns of Vagamon, Poonjar, Erattupetta, and Thalanadu. The village is situated about 165 km north of state capital Thiruvananthapuram.
