Les ATP World Tour Masters 1000, ou plus simplement Masters 1000, sont une catégorie d'événements de tennis professionnel masculin organisés par l'ATP regroupant neuf tournois qui se déroulent annuellement depuis 1990 en Europe, en Amérique du Nord et en Asie. Ils font partie des "Grands titres" tout comme les Grand Chelems, les ATP Finals et les jeux olympiques. Il s'agit après les tournois du Grand Chelem, de la 2e catégorie la plus importante. Cet article traite des records et statistiques de la catégorie depuis sa création en 1990. Le record de titres en simple est détenu par le Serbe Novak Djokovic avec 38 consécrations, suivi de l'Espagnol Rafael Nadal et du Suisse Roger Federer avec respectivement 36 et 28 sacres. Le record de titres en double est détenu par les jumeaux américains Bob et Mike Bryan qui se sont imposés ensemble à 39 reprises, suivi par le Canadien Daniel Nestor et ses 18 trophées. Toutes disciplines confondues Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Bob Bryan et Mike Bryan détiennent le record de 39 titres remportés. Le Master d'or est l'équivalent du "Grand Chelem en carrière", cela consiste à s'imposer au moins une fois dans chacun des neuf créneaux de la catégorie. Cette performance a été réalisé par un seul joueur en simple : Novak Djokovic et trois en double : Bob Bryan, Mike Bryan et Daniel Nestor.
