Timothy Mulenga Sapato born on 23 August 1994 in Lusaka, is a Zambian author and social justice activist. He has written three books; The Pain of an African Woman, The Dawn of Young Leadership, and Awake for Governance which won the Zambian National Non-Fiction book of the year in May 2019. Previously, he served as President of the National Institute of Public Administration Students Union [NIPASU] from 2017 to 2018. On 6 March 2022, he founded an organization known as ' The Sapato Foundation on Governance and Human Rights [SAFOGOR] which he has been leading as its Executive Director.

Due to his strong activism against Gender-Based Violence [GBV], Timothy is often invited by many organizations in Zambia to talk about advocacy and education toward the eradication of sexual and Gender-Based Violence.
