Tirian es un personaje del libro La Última Batalla, séptima entrega de la obra del escritor C.S. Lewis, Las Crónicas de Narnia.Es el último rey de Narnia antes de que ésta se acabe y se ve obligado a enfrentar las revueltas internas y la guerra con Calormen. En una parte del libro convoca a los niños a su ayuda. Con ayuda de Jill Pole y Eustace Scrubb, logra vencer al mono Triquiñuela, y lucha contra los calormenos. S. Lewis's fantasy series The Chronicles of Narnia. He is the protagonist of The Last Battle, on which he is the last King of Narnia, who has to defend his kingdom against subversion and invasion. He is well respected by the Narnians, and a skilled swordsman. He is descended from Prince Caspian, and is the son of King Erlian. His closest friend is Jewel the Unicorn. Troubles in Narnia cause King Tirian to doubt the purported return of Aslan. Enraged at Calormene treatment of a talking beast, he and Jewel slay the men, but are then filled with guilt at this act and surrender to the Calormene enclave and Shift. There Tirian witnesses the fraudulent exhibition of 'Aslan' and is sentenced to death by Shift. He prays for Aslan or the friends of Narnia to come save Narnia, and Eustace and Jill come to his rescue. He leads an assault upon the Calormenes at the stable and, on the verge of defeat, wrestles their leader Rishda Tarkaan into the stable to meet Tash. There he finds himself in Aslan's Country, meets High King Peter, King Edmund, Lord Digory, Lady Polly and Queen Lucy, and bears witness to the end of Narnia. Samen met zijn vrienden strijdt hij tegen de overheersing van Narnia door de Calormeners en door de aap Draaier, de vermomde Puzzel en de Tarkaan Rishda. Als hij samen met zijn vriend, de eenhoorn Juweel, naar het omhakken van de bomen gaat kijken, wordt hij gevangengenomen. Eustaas en Jill komen hem bevrijden, en samen proberen ze de Narniërs ervan te overtuigen dat Draaier een leugenaar is. Dit loopt uit op een strijd bij de stal, die door de troepen van Tirian wordt verloren. Samen met Rishda gaat hij de stal in, waar hij Tash tegenkomt. Tash neemt Rishda mee, naar de plaats waar ze horen, maar Tirian is in het nieuwe Narnia, een soort "hemel". Aslan prijst hen voor zijn trouw tot het einde.
